About Rotary Club of Central Lumbini
The Rotary Club of Central Lumbini (Club ID: 88035) is an active humanitarian service organization located in Bhairahawa, Nepal, operating under Rotary International District 3292 (Nepal-Bhutan). Over its 10+ years of service, the club has brought together dedicated professionals and community leaders to drive sustainable, positive transformation in the Lumbini region. The club actively coordinates impactful community projects aligned with Rotary’s core pillars: Healthcare Initiatives: Organizes free cataract surgeries for rural populations, joint blood donation camps with the Nepal Red Cross Society, and financial aid for life-threatening medical treatments. Education & Youth Development: Collaborates heavily with its youth wing, the Rotaract Club of Central Lumbini, to support local orphanages and run "Education for All" material distribution drives. Community Enrichment: Promotes environmental sustainability and fellowship through significant local events, including regular club assemblies and regional multi-faith peace activations in Lumbini. Guided by the values of service, fellowship, and integrity, the club continues to expand its reach through strategic local partnerships and financial contributions to the Rotary Foundation
